Terms of Service

Who these terms are with
PortalForge is provided by Pharoah Technology Ltd. By using the builder you agree to these terms. If you're using PortalForge for a business, you confirm you're authorised to accept them on that business's behalf.
The free tier
You can generate portals free, without an account, up to a daily limit per connection. Once you reach it the builder returns an upgrade prompt rather than another portal; the limit resets the next day. We may change the limit as the service evolves.
What you get, and who owns it
- PortalForge produces a self-contained HTML page you download and host wherever you like. There is no lock-in and no dependency on us to keep it online.
- The generated portal is yours. We claim no ownership of the output or of the business details you put in.
- The copy is AI-assisted and yours to review before you publish it. Check it for accuracy — particularly anything that reads as a claim, a price or a promise to your own clients. You are responsible for what you publish.
Paid licences
- Payment is taken through Stripe's hosted checkout. On success you receive a signed licence token that your browser stores — keep it, because it is how the service recognises you. There is no account to log back into.
- A subscription licence stays valid while the subscription is active and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops future billing and access continues until the current token expires.
- A lifetime licence is a one-off payment for continued access to the product it was bought for.
- Licences are for your business's own use and must not be resold or shared.
Refunds
If something isn't right, email hello@attoh.digital with the email you paid with and we'll sort it out. Statutory rights are unaffected. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Acceptable use
Don't use PortalForge to generate unlawful, deceptive or infringing material, to impersonate anyone, or to attack or overload the service — including working around the free-tier limit. We may suspend access that does any of these.
Document exchange
Where the document exchange is enabled, access to a portal is by a signed link token rather than a login, so anyone holding a valid link for a portal can list and download what's in it. Share portal links only with the client they're for, and see the Privacy Policy for how those files are handled.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with its date at the top.
